DATABASE:
Queries/ Complaints Database

DESCRIPTION:

This database is used by to record & manage details of customer queries/ complaints that have been made by your clients.

As important, it helps you manage the data - while it is clearly important to have a good facility that allows you to enter the information, it is just as important for your system to have the capability to quickly display & print lists that you want eg outstanding/ overdue/ completed queries.

Rather than having to manually go through hundreds or thousands of records trying to find outstanding/ overdue/ completed  complaints, the list screen can be used to filter out and display the list that you want - at the click of a button!  Then a quick double click on the list displays the individual records that you want to review.
